You'll work with custodial and probation officers to ensure smooth transitions from prison to the community, while promoting rehabilitation and maintaining a safe, respectful environment As a Case Planning Officer in the Case Planning team at Clarence Correctional Centre, you'll make a positive impact by: Demonstrate a commitment to Serco's values and the rehabilitation process.

About Clarence Correctional Centre Opened in mid-2020, this 1,700-bed state-of-the-art facility is the largest correctional Centre in Australia.

To be successful in this role you'll have: Relevant tertiary qualification in Criminology, Social Work, Social Sciences or relevant industry experience in a similar role.
Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Case Management) (or to be completed within the first 12 months of employment) Experience in case management and/or rehabilitation and reintegration practice.
