We provide secure online access to a national marketplace of GP's, Specialists, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and more. Our customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly to make informed decisions and improve outcomes for their clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents.The business is expanding as our customers grow, and we are seeking moreenthusiastic people to join a team who is committed to doing their best work every day guided by our values – Care, Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence.An engaging personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional service will be important to succeed in this role. We are looking for full time candidatesbased in Queensland and offering current working from home arrangements pending a new local office.Successful applicants will joinour dedicated case management team, responsible for liaising with our customers and healthcare providers to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information with speed, simplicity, and security.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreementsLiaising with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients.Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge platformRelationship management between clients and UHGData entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required.A full position description is available upon request from HR on ****** you'll need:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectivelyThe ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExceptional time management and organisational skillsTechnology savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, namely Outlook, Word, and ExcelKnowledge or understanding of how health practitioners and in-particular GP's work, orinjury rehabilitation, or within the legal or insurance practices is an advantage but not essentialOur business is the market leader in its field.
