We provide secure online access to a national marketplace of GPs, specialists, nurses, allied health professionals, and more.

An engaging personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional service will be important to succeed in this role.Successful applicants will join our dedicated case management team, responsible for liaising with our customers and healthcare providers to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information with speed, simplicity, and security.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Management of a portfolio of clients, ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreementsLiaising with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clientsWriting accurate case notes in the medEbridge platformRelationship management between clients and UHGData entry and ad hoc administrative duties where requiredWhat you'll need:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectivelyThe ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExceptional time management and organisational skillsTechnology savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, namely Outlook, Word, and ExcelKnowledge or understanding of how health practitioners and in-particular GPs work, or injury rehabilitation, or within the legal or insurance practices is an advantage but not essentialOur business is the market leader in its field.
