This State Government Department assists people in South Australia resolve issues within specific areas of the law.
They are seeking a Case Officer to join them for a period of 8 weeks with potential for extension.
Your new role
You will be providing case management and customer service to clients who are completing applications to be submitted to the department.
You will manage the application from lodgement to completion whilst providing comprehensive and professional customer service.
You will be answering calls, emails and mail along with providing face-to-face customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a customer service role Resilient and empathic nature Excellent written and verbal communication skills High flexibility and adaptability with the ability to triage A courteous and professional demeanour Ability to handle sensitive information and interact with distressed clientele Please note: successful applications will be required to undergo a National Police Check Clearance.
