The Case Manager will assist and support injured worker's return to work through the delivery of person-centred case management to ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately. Dealing with internal and external stakeholders is paramount to solid and sustainable outcomes.
Responsibilities and dutiesAssessing and determining liability on claims.Preparing for, attending and performing at claims reviews highlighting your excellent claims strategies, results and communicating further with your stakeholders.Assist workers in returning to work and manage chronic ill health through person-centred case management.Ensure entitlements to compensation are made appropriately and timely.Required skills, experience and qualificationsExperience as a Case Manager with the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, ideally in Return to Work or Long-Term Case Management.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Decision making, negotiation and influencing skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to work with different IT applications.About DXCDXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) helps global companies run their mission critical systems and operations while modernising IT, optimising data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private and hybrid clouds.
