We are on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Case Manager who thrives on making a meaningful difference within our community.
As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing intensive support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.
The successful applicant will be someone who goes above and beyond in their advocacy for clients to ensure their fundamental health and safety needs are met.
This role will predominantly be an outreach service, where you will operate on the road, travelling around to meet with clients.

What can you expect to be doing? Deliver direct interventions in a manner that acknowledges diversity and the impact of multiple and complex needs of people, experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Develop and utilise networks relevant to the needs of people experiencing homelessness. Ensure the cultural identity of families, children and young people in their support and intervention. Assist people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to develop confidence and increase their self-esteem and motivation with intervention focused on sustaining tenancies. What do you need to bring? Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services (Homelessness Sector) or equivalent (Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, Youth Work, Disability or equivalent experience) essential. Experience in working in a human services or homelessness setting and knowledge of a range of appropriate models of intervention. Exceptional advocacy skills: You're not afraid to speak up and fight for what's right. Passion for community service: Making a positive impact drives you every single day. Who is AnglicareSA?
