We work with our customers to agree affordable repayments which improve their credit standing over time while ensuring they can remain active in the community.About your new role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of disputes to work towards fair, practical and timely resolution of complaints made to external bodies, including the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) and the Office of the Australian Information Commission (OAIC).Who you are:In order to be successful in this role you will have:Law degree or equivalent (desirable)Minimum 3 years' experience dealing within dispute resolutionExceptional written communication skillsKnowledge of the Debt Collection Guidelines, National Credit Code, responsible lending obligations and the Privacy ActAn ability to critically assess each complaint and make recommendations on systems or process improvement to prevent recurrenceAvailable to work permanent full-time - Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pmIf you are interested in the position, please submit a CV and Cover Letter outlining your suitability for the role.
