You will play a crucial role in supporting relocation initiatives by being the single point of contact for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members & their families during their relocation across Australia. Our team strives to ensure that all ADF Members experience a superior relocation.As a Case Manager, your responsibilities will include:Delivering a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience to your relocating ADF members and their families through world-class case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.Expectation management ensuring Members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.Proactive and technically competent administration of Defence relocation policy & entitlements ensuring benefits and entitlements are in accordance with policy and client key performance indicators.Responding to routine telephone and email enquiries.As a Case Management Associate, your responsibilities will include:Supporting our Case Managers in their work to relocate Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members & their families across Australia.Deliver superior administrative support and excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.General Case Management administration.Responding to routine telephone and email enquiries.About you:Case management experience in a similar role would be advantageous (i.e., global mobility, assignment management, insurance, or travel).The ability to interpret policy and legislation.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.Strong attention to detail & time management skills.Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.Mandatory: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.Benefits:Flexible work options available.Supportive team environment.Full training provided.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
