Deliver our Navigator Boost Groups - Education Re-engagement programs that run once a week in school term for 12-17 yr olds and deliver parent information sessions that operate online after hours twice per term.
Navigator Western Melbourne operates a school re-engagement program supporting young people 12-17 yrs to explore education pathways and return to education. Utilising your experience working with schools, this Case Management (Boost Groups) position will support young people who have disengaged from education and their parents through the delivery of groups.
Make your mark: Tertiary qualifications in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Youth and/or Welfare. Experience in case management and delivering groups for vulnerable children, young people and families. Experience working with schools. Make it work: Salary starts at $97,377, Level 5 SCHCADS. Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience. Office location: Werribee or Sunshine with 1 day working from home. Permanent. 22.8 hours per week, please pro rata the above salary.
