About the role:
Our Braeside workshop is currently looking for a Trade/Carpenters Assistant to assist in the preparation and installation of our custom, traditional and specialised staircases and staircase components.
What's involved -
Travelling to job sites and assisting our installers (all travel reimbursed) Examining and interpreting CAD drawings and calculating the materials/components required Laying out and preparing work Carrying out work for the manufacture of staircases and staircase components Performing order assessments, material ordering and stock takes Cleaning machines and work areas daily Performing other general duties and carpentry tasks around the factory as required Assisting WHS Manager as required What you'll need:
Drivers licence and reliable transport (essential) Forklift licence (handy but not essential) Building or timber industry experience (preferred) Why you should apply:
