Woods & Co Recruitment have teamed up with an industry leader in the domestic and commercial staircases and balustrading industry. We are looking for experienced Stair-Builders to come on board a company that constantly strives for quality.Working on a Monday to Friday basis as an experienced Stair-Builder you will work both within a team & autonomously using hand power tools to assemble, join and shape custom-made stairs and balustrading.What's in it for you?Working both inside the workshop and out on-site conducting installation work.Ongoing training and support.Opportunity for permanency.Immediate Start AvailableWhat do you do?Assemble stairs, handrails and balustrades using relevant tools and materials needed.Selecting materials, tools, and fittings for each task.Cutting resources down to size, planning & ensuring each project is completed on time.Creating standard and custom components.What do you need?Previous experience in a Stair-Builder role (desirable).Qualification in Carpentry, Joinery, Cabinet Making or Stair-Building (desirable)Ability to read plans and assort cutting lists.Previous experience with hand power tools.MUST have an Australian Driver's License.
