About the position: AWX are seeking skilled Carpenters to join our dedicated team in the construction of portable homes.
What you'll do: As a Finishing Carpenter you will play a crucial role in the finishing stages of construction.

Key Responsibilities In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Door Framing and Architraves: Completing the installation and finishing of door frames and decorative architraves.
House Skirting: Installing skirting boards to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of the homes.
Cutting and Folding Flashing: Accurately cutting and folding flashing to ensure proper sealing and protection against the elements.
Vinyl Flooring Installation: Laying vinyl flooring to provide durable and attractive surfaces within the homes.
Framework Assembly: Assembling frameworks according to detailed plans and specifications.
Plan Interpretation: Reading and interpreting construction plans to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
Flat-Pack Kitchen Assembly: Assembling and installing flat-pack kitchen units to complete functional living spaces.
What you'll need: Relevant experience in carpentry or construction is preferred.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and plans.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
