Job Description
Goldbeer Homes are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Carpenter to join their team in Morisset NSW 2264.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Apply carpentry trade skills, general framing, construction and installation of subfloors, walls door frames, roofing and trust work.Coordinate site preparation.Interpret building standards, codes and regulations.Coordinate planning for building tasks.Provide advice to, and liaise with project personnel on matters relating to carpentry and construction requirements.Interpret plans, specifications and drawings.Assist in the compilation of specifications, scope of works and costs estimates.Skills and Attributes: Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent.Ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience in general carpentry work in commercial and domestic builds.Physically fit and ability to work in a team environment.Salary range is $70,000-$85,000 pa commensurate with experience.
Full-time position available.
