Carpenter/ General Maintenance Handyman

About Us: Due to extensive business growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance / Carpenter / Handyman to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality accommodations and well-maintained properties.
Position Overview: The work is predominantly maintenance of holiday managed properties, including painting, carpentry, tiling, and general repairs and maintenance. Your days will be multi-faceted with problem solving and autonomous work that is supported by supportive management.
Key Responsibilities: General carpentry work Kitchen and bathroom maintenance Lock changes Handyman works (lockbox installations, rubbish removal) Qualifications: Ideally trade qualified A full tool kit is required, as well as a reliable vehicle Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently under supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to WHS requirements Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed Why Join Us?
