Work in the building insurance sector, our client is experiencing a high volume of work and is seeking a Repair Supervisor to oversee and manage different tasks across southern Sydney.
Responsibilities: Supervise daily repair operations in line with insurance company policies, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Provide detailed estimates for commercial and residential repairs insurance repairs.
Manage and train a team of repair technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Liaise with clients to understand their repair needs and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
Implement process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing turnaround times.
Ensure all jobs are programmed and completed within set KPI`s Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for necessary parts and materials.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports on operational performance and staff productivity.

Required skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Carpenter within the residential building industry is preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the repair industry.
WHS card or equivalent.
Strong technical knowledge of repair processes.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyse problems and implement effective solutions.
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Managing 30 jobs on average and up to 50 jobs during peak periods.
