About the role We have a number of roles available in a variety of capacities (casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time).
As a Support Worker in an Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) model you will: Support children/young people to achieve personal goals.
Assist children/young people to build their personal resilience and navigate complex emotions and triggers.
Support connection to family & culture.
Encourage and aid participation in education & extracurricular activities to promote competence and stability in day-to-day life.
Transport and daily care as required.
Work alongside our clinical and casework team with children and young people at the forefront of all practice.
