About the Home Bupa Woodville is a modern care home located on Woodville Road where you'll be close to the local community with schools, parks, churches and cafes nearby. It consists of 108 beds, with various care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

You'll deliver the highest quality person-first care to residents in line with their individual care plan. The role Provide personal care assistance with daily livingAssist with the delivery and administration of medicationMobility assistance in accordance with resident care plansMaintain accurate health care documentation as requiredEncourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activitiesBuild relationships with our residents and their familiesAdhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policiesSkills and Experience Minimum of a Cert III in an Aged Care or equivalentPrevious aged care experience highly regarded but not essentialThe ability to work as part of a tight knit team and take direction as requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAn understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and OutcomesFlexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the weekHow to Apply If you'd like to be at the heart of delivering person-first care, click apply to be taken to our online application process.
