Bupa Waratah is a modern care home set in the quiet residential suburb of Waratah, Newcastle. You will be close to the local community with Waratah village shopping centre, parks including Blackbutt reserve, Newcastle Harbour and local beaches. It consists of 109 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

This is a full time, permanent role offering $31.24 per hour + super.

Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability. A passion and energy for world class care. Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes. Be at the Heart of It – your new team is ready to welcome you!
