About the Role: RFBI has exciting opportunities for dedicated Carers with a passion for caring for the elderly, to join our dynamic care team at any one of our villages listed below.
This is an incredible hands-on role providing a wide range of personal care services to our residents to ensure they receive high-quality care, tailored to suit their needs and preferences.
The responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to: Providing basic clinical care including wound dressing and assisting with medication deliveryPersonal care - showering, toileting, grooming, and assisting with mealsProviding care management for diabetes, arthritis, and other conditionsEntering reports and recording basic observations into our computer program - iCareAssisting and following directions of the Care Manager to achieve the best possible person-centred careOur ideal Candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Certificate III in Aged CareEffective communication skills, both written and verbalPrevious experience in an aged care environmentAn enthusiastic and empathetic approachCurrent First Aid CertificateCurrent Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinationMust be eligible to work in AustraliaBenefits of working at RFBI: A friendly, supportive, collaborative team and cultureOngoing training and developmentWork/life balanceSalary packaging optionsEmployees Assistance Program17.5% Annual Leave LoadingSalary starting from $61,868 based on skills and experience (Penalty rates will apply in line with the approved Enterprise Agreement)Join us on our journey in delivering high-quality care, apply now!
