Careers Specialist

Job DescriptionThe Victorian Government is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Careers Practitioner to support the implementation of high-quality career education activities.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the development and delivery of career development programs for students in Years 7 to 12.Administer VET, Work Experience, SWL, and VCE VM programs, and similar initiatives.Provide advice and support to students on matters relating to careers and educational pathways.Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and community partners to deliver career education activities.Selection Criteria: Demonstrated knowledge of career development theory and practice.Ability to apply career development theory to the development and delivery of career programs.Highly developed organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Capacity to work with young people and communities, providing advice and support on careers and educational pathways.Please ensure your application includes:
