The City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking a dynamic, passionate and forward-thinking Career Ready Advisor to help elevate CN as an employer of choice for the next generation.
This exciting role is designed for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving innovation, and creating meaningful experiences for students and early career professionals.
As CN's Career Ready Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to position CN as a leading employer for the next wave of talent.
By building constructive partnerships with tertiary and vocational education providers, you will create unique opportunities for students and early career talent to bring fresh perspectives, creativity, and innovation to CN.
Your work will focus on developing and implementing programs that connect students and early career professionals with real-world projects that align with our vision for Newcastle 2040.
This will include working closely with CN leaders to craft engaging experiences that not only foster learning and growth but also contribute to the city's broader goals.
