If yes, then we want to speak to you!Our client are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Career Consultant in the Camden, NSW area to provide customised employment assistance to customers by assisting them and enabling them to obtain sustainable employment.
Skills evaluation, creating resumes, job search training, interview preparation, coordinating work experience and mentoring, and offering assistance after placement.
New business - Building solid partnerships with local businesses by canvassing, engaging, and providing talent to local companies, and you will be integral in developing and building new business relationships.

Our client is one of Australia's largest Not-for-Profit Disability Employment Servicesproviders who are leaders in assisting people and their communities by providing early pathways to employment and helping individuals adjust to changing employment conditions.DescriptionIf you are someone who enjoys making a difference in people's lives, has a great ability to do multiple tasks, is an effective and confident communicator with a proactive approach, and someone who can go out to the market and connect with new potential business, then this is the position for you.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting participants in obtaining sustainable employment and reverse marketing participants to employersBuilding rapport and supporting participants to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment through training and other support servicesConducting post-placement follow-up with participants placed into employmentAssisting with the resolution of complaints as required.Managing participant's files and record keeping Identifying potential positions and suitable workplaces for our participantsPerforming reception duties as requiredHelping to ensure the smooth operation of the officeProfileTo be considered for this position we are looking for the following; Proven experience working in a customer-focused position is essentialPrevious experience working with sales is highly desirableSolid IT skills, great attention to data, and administration skills are necessaryExcellent communication and the ability to build rapport and stay resilient during challenging conversations are keyPrevious experience in employment services is NOT essential - if you have the right attitude, we can teach everything else!
