We are looking for Trainers, Facilitators, Coaches, and Mentors to join our Team to deliver meaningful and purposeful employability skills training across the Shepparton, VIC Employment Region.
About the role: As an Employability Skills Trainer & Facilitator, you will be delivering a targeted course designed to help a diverse range of individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds.
Your role is to ensure that our Participants are building on their employability skills and gaining the motivation and career guidance necessary to secure employment.
About you: You are a passionate and dedicated classroom Trainer and Facilitator with experience as a Teacher, Trainer, Coach, or Mentor.
We are looking for Team Members who: Have a passion for assisting others with their career goalsHave a passion for teaching, training, or facilitatingHave a strength-based approachAre positive, motivational, with a can-do attitudeHave exceptional communication skills, both oral and written with a strong attention to detailAble to demonstrate an ability to train and educate groups of adult learnersKey Responsibilities: Facilitate the delivery of training to small groups of adult learners using the provided course structure and materialsContextualizing and tailoring training to best suit the Participant's learning needsDeliver training and assessment in a diverse range of environments including classroom, workplace, and onlineProvide students with individual attention, support and guidance to maximise every learner's chance of successful completionAdhering to company policies, procedures, and processesAssessing Participant competency levels and compiling feedback reports for ParticipantsSelection Criteria: Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly and engage well with a diverse range of individuals and groupsExperience delivering training, whether it be as a teacher, coach, or mentorHave a Working with Children's Check and National Police Check clearance (essential)TAE40116 is desirable but not essentialFlexible and willing to travel and undertake training blocks on a short noticeAbility to deliver training, Face to Face, Online and Hybrid trainingIntermediate technology skillsUnderstanding of the local labour marketIf you're interested in embarking on a rewarding career, we would like to hear from you.
