The role: ACH Group have permanent shifts available for dedicated Care Workers, located at ACH Group Residential Care Home, in Yankalilla.
Care Worker shift spans: Monday - Sunday
0700 - 15000700 - 13001500 - 23001500 - 21002300 - 0700You will be required to assist individuals living in a residential care facility to live a good life characterised by optimum independence and decision-making about their care needs.
Mileage reimbursement up to 50km, if you live greater than 20km away from Yankalilla*Conditions applyWhat you'll do: Support the older person to maintain and/or improve physical, cognitive, emotional and social health and enhance their wellbeing.Follow and contribute to the resident's care plan.Assist the residents in the care home to live a good life.Work with a multi-disciplinary team to support the wellbeing of residents.Undertake activities of daily living, domestic tasks and activity support.About You! You are a talented and passionate Care Worker. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care. Ideally, you will have experience within the Health Care Sector.
