If you are new to aged care, don't be daunted by the idea of something different - BaptistCare are committed to supporting you every step of the way as you go you will receive comprehensive orientation and training, partner with a "buddy" out in the field and have access to ongoing learning and support.As a Care Worker servicing clients in the Dubbo area, you will enable our clients to live their best possible life, supporting them to live independently at home and doing the things they love by helping them with everyday activities such as (but not limited to):Support and assistance with personal care such as showering and dressingHousehold cleaning and laundryMeal preparationProviding respite for carersTransport to and from appointments/shopsSocial supportAssisting with complex care needsWhat do we need from you?You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the community, have excellent verbal communication skills and have an empathetic, patient and caring nature.
