We employ more than 1,000 staff across Victoria and Tasmania.Your new roleWe are currently seeking a flexible Care & Support Worker to join our team on a Part Time basis for 20 to 30 hours per fortnight.
In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, you will be working across our community care program based in and around Shepparton and the Hume Region assisting our clients in their homes.

In your new role, some of the requirements will include:Personal Care: showering, oral care and continence managementMedication Assistance: Administering and monitoring medications, assisting with dressings and basic observationsFood Preparation: preparing, cooking and serving of mealsCommunity Support: escorting our clients on community outings e.g.
shopping trips, excursions, lunches, appointmentsTransport: escorting our clients to medical and allied health appointments, hospital visits and respite careDomestic Support: cleaning, tidying, changing bedding to ensure a safe, clean and sanitized environment for our clientWhat's in it for you?We are committed to offering an enjoyable, safe and flexible workplace that provides a work-life balance.

We offer many growth opportunities and have a strong internal recruitment program.We are looking for candidates with the following:Completed or currently studying Certificate III/IV in Aged Care/Individual SupportMedication endorsement is favourable, but not essentialPrior experience in Aged or Community Care (preferred)Geographical understanding/willingness to travel and Excellent communication skillsA non-judgmental approach with the ability to work with people from varying socio-economic backgroundsA caring approach and an understanding of the special needs of older peopleCurrent CPR & First AidThis sounds great!
