About the Opportunity As the Care Manager, your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, AN-ACC and resident care. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residentsDeveloping, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans + assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plansPerforming comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidentsParticipating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Allity policies and proceduresActively supervising, training and mentoring all RNs and PCWsAbout You The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
Permanent Full-TimeMinimum of 3 years post-registration experience as an RNExperience as a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse Leader (desirable)Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation and auditing processes, and AN-ACCPersonal and professional commitment to delivering high quality care, the development of yourself and your staff, and the overall continuous improvement of your siteSolid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCurrent flu and COVID Vaccinations - MandatoryIf you are an experienced and passionate Care Manager, and share our values, we would love to hear from you.
