About the OpportunityAs the Care Manager, you will be reporting to the General Manager and your responsibilities will expand across clinical governance, staff management, AN-ACC and resident care. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring the delivery of high quality and personalised care to all residentsDeveloping, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans + assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plansPerforming comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidentsParticipating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and Allity policies and proceduresActively supervising, training and mentoring all RNs and PCWsAbout YouThe successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
