About the Care Home Bupa Campbelltown is a delightful care home located in a quiet residential suburb near the Adelaide foothills. It is close to the local community with neighbouring church, schools, shops, hospital and transport links nearby. It consists of 56 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.
About The Role As our Care Manager, you will work as part of a team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals. You will support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance, helping them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
