Coach and develop direct reports daily. Key Requirements For Success Registered Nurse qualifications with current unrestricted AHPRA registration. Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience. Demonstrated understanding and sound knowledge of resident centred, residential based care services
