Your Role: As a Care Ambassador, you are responsible for initiating Happier Ageing experiences for Clients and Caregivers as well as supporting the daily operations of the business. In every client care situation, you seek innovative solutions and support with delegated care management from the first visit to the end of service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Client First Visits Continuity of Clinical Care End of Client Care Visits may be scheduled morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client needs.
