About The Role Our client is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to join their Clinical Diagnostic Unit.
Reporting directly to the Department Manager, you will be responsible for independently completing high-quality inpatient and outpatient echocardiograms and interim reports, as well as collaborating with the Cardiologist on Stress Echocardiograms.
Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality echocardiograms for both inpatients and outpatients.
Generate interim reports independently.
Collaborate with Cardiologists to conduct Stress Echocardiograms.
Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Liaise effectively with hospital personnel, private referrers, contracted agencies, clients, and family members.
Key Requirements Completion of an accredited Cardiac Ultrasound qualification.
Current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
Demonstrated experience in performing Echocardiograms and Stress Echocardiograms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
