We would expect you to be proficient at managing your time and staff to ensure the smooth operations of the park.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of the Park Manager is to manage the day-to-day coordination and financial management and always ensure the provision of quality services to guests, including leading a team of staff and promoting a culture that is supportive, fun, and professional.As Park Managers, your duties will include, but are not limited to:Complete management of the park, including any contractors or suppliersMaximising revenue opportunitiesSocial Media / MarketingFinancial management and reportingAdministration & ReceptionCleaning and maintaining the whole park, including amenities, cabins, gardens, and grounds to a very high standardCoordinate housekeeping and maintenancePool maintenanceAbout the CoupleThe ideal applicants will have the following skills and experiences to be successful in the position:Demonstrated experience in managing Tourist ParksExperience in developing and growing the park through the implementation of infrastructure and facilitiesExperience working with machineryExperience using RMS booking software or similarProven ability to problem-solveAbility to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfactionUnderstanding and practice of workplace health and safety proceduresImportantly, there is nothing you can't do.For the successful applicant, we can offer:Package in the vicinity of $170,000 to $190,000 based on your skills and experienceOnsite accommodation with all services includedSix weeks annual leaveAn autonomous role where you will be a self-starter.
