Join our team as a Car Parking Attendant at The Star Brisbane.
The Star Brisbane, positioned at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct, will be Australia's newest entertainment and leisure destination. Commencing a staged opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will bring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.
The Car Parking Attendant, reporting to the Assistant Guest Services Manager, will complete car park validations whilst also handling all customer queries. In this role you will learn and develop an understanding of the business, products, and promotions.
A few of your responsibilities Maintaining a customer focus Maintain knowledge of our property and promote current promotions Complete car park and access validations What we will be looking for Positive attitude and willingness to learn Passion and enthusiasm for providing 5-star customer service Previous experience with hotel operating systems About you Successful candidates will strive to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe environment for guests and team members. You will enjoy and be passionate about customer service and ensure each guest's experience is a memorable experience from the moment they enter the property to when they leave.
