Your opportunity As a casual Car Park Attendant at Westfield Knox, you will be part of our Parking Experience team. Your main focus is providing an extraordinary experience for customers entering and leaving our Westfield living centres.
Key responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers consistently.Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the car park.Traffic management by rerouting and directing vehicles during peak times, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Conduct regular cleaning checks and patrols to ensure a tidy, well-lit environment maintained at a high standard.Report all incidents, hazards, and risks promptly, providing analytic insights from car park data.Maintain car park equipment in good working order, including boom gates, APU machines, and ticketing systems.What will set you apart from the rest?: Willing to go above and beyond for our customers, making a difference to their Westfield ExperienceBe present in the moment, well presented, confident & self-motivated with exceptional people skillsExuding positive energy, a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environmentBeing empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.Flexibility to work across a 7-day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public HolidaysTo be considered for a Car Park position, a drivers' licence is requiredThis is a casual position and is the perfect chance to shine, gain valuable experience get your foot in the door for a career at Scentre Group.
All successful candidates will be required to complete a video interview, medical and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours. We will be using email as the primary method of communication; please ensure you check your emails regularly to monitor the progress of your application.
