About the RoleOur newly created CIO team focuses on third-party capital raising and product development across the Investments and Development businesses. The team collaborates with existing and future investment partners to create compelling opportunities that meet their investment appetite and that align with Lendlease's strategy.
We are seeking a Capital Raising Manager to join the global capital team. The role will report to the Executive Director, Capital and support in helping to drive the global co-ordination of Lendlease's investment partners and capital raising initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngaging with Australian superfunds and understanding their investment strategies/preferences.Proactively monitoring and managing the capital engagement plan.Managing the global CRM system and ensuring it is being used in a fit-for-purpose and disciplined manner.Assisting with developing internal reporting papers/analysis and the preparation of trends and intel relating to global capital markets.Preparation of various investor-facing marketing materials, including a broader Lendlease marketing paper that contains key market insights and the global opportunity set.Assisting with other global capital workstreams, including engaging with investors to understand their investment objectives and strategies.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will have a strong understanding of commercial real estate investment, including market drivers, valuation principles, and institutional investor behaviors. This will be coupled with excellent influencing skills and an ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
You'll also have:
Degree qualified in Real Estate or Business Management, or equivalent time-served experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including preparation of presentations and face-to-face communications.Strong knowledge of and experience strategically interacting with wholesale institutional investors is desirable.If you feel this position is suited to your skills, experience, and career aspirations, please apply on the link.
