About the OpportunityIn this pivotal role, you'll report to the Head of Organisational Capability and take the reins in redefining our Leadership Blueprint. You'll be the visionary behind critiquing and revitalising our talent programs, ensuring they truly drive results. Your expertise will shape how we profile critical roles and align our leadership practices with our strategic goals.
As you implement innovative mentoring, coaching and induction programs, you'll enhance our skilled talent pipelines and bolster performance across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leadership to build capability and influence the future of leadership development at SA Power Networks.
What You Bring:You bring extensive experience in capability development and talent management within a large complex organisation, working across professional, skilled and trade-based cohorts. Importantly you will have a strong track record of designing impactful leadership and performance frameworks and solutions. A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is essential (a postgraduate qualification is a plus).
