Cane Rail Maintenance Worker

Our client is a leader in the sugar milling industry and is requiring a Cane Rail Maintenance Worker to join their team. This labour hire vacancy will involve the maintenance and repairs to new and existing cane railways.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Mandatory: Construction Industry White CardHigh Risk Work - Doggers and RiggersA HC or MC licenceFranna crane (non slew) experience and/or ticketHIAB crane truck ticket and experienceExperience operating a variety of machinery such as: backhoe, crane, loader, forklift, excavatorTo be considered for this role you must possess the following attributes:
Sound numeracy & literacy skillsPhysically fit - This role involves manual handling tasks, which may include but are not limited to carrying, shovelling, digging, hammering etc.Able to work within a team environment & possess good communication skillsAbility to identify problems quickly and suggest recommended improvementBe safety conscious and quick thinking while working around machineryCommitment to adhere to both RSM People's and the Host Employer's workplace health and safety procedures, policies and relevant statutory legislation.For the right candidates, there could be an opportunity for further training on machinery.Offering excellent remuneration, we strongly encourage anyone who feels as though they have the skills and ability to apply today!
