With your engaging personality, you will make every candidate feel like a VIP with your positive and welcoming approach.What We're Looking ForWe need someone with a great phone manner, be able to touch type and know your way around MS word. You should be confident and articulate, able to build rapport quickly. Attention to detail is key, as you will manage candidate profiles with precision. Your engaging personality will help you connect with people and make them feel at ease. Thriving in a fast-paced environment is also must, as is a strong sense of urgency and being good with numbers.
