Job Description As the Candidates Communications Specialist, you will develop and implement communication strategies designed to engage candidates interested in joining the Australian Defence Force.
You will create clear, compelling messaging that aligns with ADF Careers recruitment goals and enhances both the overall branding and candidate experience.
You will: Support and help drive the initiation phases of candidate communication care project.Develop and write communication that resonates with our candidates that is concise and connects in an engaging manner with a clear call to action, that ensures understanding of message actions.Collaborate with recruitment teams and other key stakeholders to create cohesive messaging that aligns with our branding and objectives.Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of communication initiatives.Support the recruitment team in developing strategies to attract diverse candidates and enhance their experience.Analyse the effectiveness of candidate communication strategies and adjust as necessary to optimise engagement.Liaise with key stakeholders, understand and implement project requirements.Candidate's ProfileIf you have worked in a similar position or just looking for your next opportunity that will make an impact, we want to speak with you.
Your background will demonstrate: Strong ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging communications tailored to a diverse audience.Excellent project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple communication initiatives simultaneously.Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and aligning communication strategies with broader organisational goals.Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in creating engaging messages that enhance employer branding.Ability to analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.Proven experience in writing communications, preferably in recruitment, branding, PR or human resources.To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.
