About the role South West Healthcare (SWH) is seeking a Cancer Support Nurse to provide care, support and education to patients and their families receiving cancer treatment at South West Healthcare. This Registered Nurse will develop and implement a coordinated and evidence-based, seamless, multidisciplinary and patient-focused approach to providing cancer nursing care.

Additionally, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centred care, strong patient ethics and the ability to tactfully deal with sensitive matters.
