An opportunity is now available for a Campus Operations Officer to join our Facilities Management team at our Springfield campus to help us ensure that our facilities run smoothly, supporting students, staff and visitors alike.

What you'll do As the Campus Operations Officer, you will be the primary contact for Facilities Management at our Springfield campus. You will provide important operational and maintenance support including:
Administration of the cleaning and waste contracts for the campus.Coordination of campus maintenance requests.Coordination of Facilities Management contractor activity.Logistic activities such as mail, freight, and inventory management. What will help you succeed Together with your relevant qualification, you will have experience in a Facilities Management customer service environment as well as strong organisational and time management skills. You will also have:
A current motor vehicle licence (Class C). Possession of a high-risk work licence (forklift) will be highly regarded.Experience and knowledge in cleaning, waste and maintenance activities.An ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Proven experience using technology to support data-driven decision-making. Term: Full-time continuing appointment (36 hrs/week)
Salary: Total full-time remuneration range $90,773 to $102,949 pa (includes salary range of $76,699 to $86,986 pa, employer superannuation contributions of 17% of salary and annual leave loading)
