The 2024-2027 Strategic Plan will see enhancements across services, technology and workforce to bring about better outcomes and a more accessible and flexible support system for help-seekers ROLEThe Campaigns Manager supports the objectives of the Community and Campaigns Fundraising team by leading and managing the development, project management and implementation of Lifeline's peer 2 peer fundraising campaign, Feb Fast as well as support other activities within the portfolio, including The Push Up Challenge, Out of the Shadows, 3rd party and DIY fundraising delivering strategic and impactful marketing and digital solutions to drive participation, engagement and revenue growth. You'll deliver strategic and impactful marketing and digital solutions to drive participation, engagement and revenue growth in Lifeline's signature fundraising campaigns. As well as supporting the Lifeline Network in delivering campaign components and presenting the brand effectively. RESPONSIBILITIESProject management including preparing project plans, briefs, timelines and post campaign reports and liaising with agencies, consultants and suppliersContinuously developing, testing and enhancing segmentation and creative strategies for supporter campaignsManagement of annual campaign budgets and preparation of reporting and analysis of campaign results for revenue, participation numbers & engagementCreating effective and compelling donor communications, supporting the creation and execution of marketing & communication strategiesWork with the peer-to-peer platforms and Lifeline digital team to ensure fundraising campaigns are optimised and continually progressing.ABOUT YOUMinimum 5 years' experience in a marketing, communications or related leadership role for a for-purpose organisationDemonstrated experience developing and managing large fundraising campaigns and P2P programsHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail and project management skillsDemonstrated critical thinking capabilities, with an eye for detail and cost efficiency.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and influence a variety of stakeholders, including senior and cross-department stakeholders.Sector experience, including an understanding of fundraising and its relationship to marketingAbility to understand relational databases and analyse data to maximise campaign successCULTUREThe team are passionate, supportive & hardworking.
