About the role: We are seeking a passionate and strategic Campaigns Lead to join our team. You will take the lead in planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful communications and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. If you get this job, you will be leading Women's Health Week, Australia's biggest women's health campaign. You will also lead on other campaigns such as World Menopause Month, and our National Women's Health Survey. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, delivery, and coordination of key health campaigns across Jean Hailes' owned and paid channels, including Women's Health Week and World Menopause Month.
• Oversee the development and implementation of content across various platforms to support business objectives, including social media, digital content, and campaign partnerships.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with Jean Hailes' goals and collaborate with external stakeholders such as health professionals, partners, and media.
• Use data analytics and consumer feedback to optimise campaigns and improve future initiatives.
• Manage media inquiries, coordinate responses, and ensure consistent and clear messaging.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in your application, you will have: • Proven experience in leading communications campaigns, with expertise in project management and stakeholder relations.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and online analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Ability to generate innovative campaign ideas and implement them effectively.
• Tertiary qualification in communications, media, or a health-related field is highly regarded.
