The Role We are currently looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Sydney office working within our Campaigns team. This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities Working with project leads across a variety of different projectsResearching and analysing information for projectsDrafting reports for review by project leadsDrafting and creating presentations both for internal and external clientsSupporting with proposals, presentations, and client pitches for new and existing clientsUnderstanding the scope of work required for projects, contacting suppliers, conducting feasibility assessments with support from managersIdentifying where opportunities and risks may exist on projects and raising as appropriate to the relevant project lead to assessDeveloping an understanding of the CT Way Methodology and applying with assistance from project leadsEnsuring timely responses are provided to clients and understanding and managing client expectationsSkills The successful candidate will have the ability to work analytically and creatively in a problem-solving environment. A high level of attention to detail is essential, along with an ability to produce accurately written reports and documents, and well-designed presentations. The ideal candidate should have a curious mindset, active in keeping up to date with current affairs and possess the following:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsA proactive approach to workStrong stakeholder management, both internally and externallyAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamWorking knowledge of research, analysis and report writingProficiency with IT, both hardware and software, including Microsoft Office suite, particularly with PowerPoint and creating presentationsStrong organisation and methodical working practicesAdaptability and ability to prioritise and work under-pressure; andA high level of professionalism and confidentiality is a prerequisiteApply If you are ready to join a dynamic and exciting team, are results driven and committed to excellence, then this is the role for you.
