RoleSummary: The CampaignStrategy Specialist is a diverse and exciting opportunity in ourCustomer Business Unit based at our Perth CBD office. The purposeof this role is to lead and develop end-to-end marketing campaignstrategies and associated activities for all customer segmentsacross all marketing channels (ATL, BTL, TTL). This role plays anessential part in aligning and driving key business performanceoutcomes in line with the Customer strategy and sets thecommunications pathway for execution within the team. Keyresponsibilities of the role include: Developcampaign strategy and activities for business and residentialcampaigns, generating quality sales leads and driving brandimage to optimise revenue and performance for thebusiness. Managekey stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration acrossthe business to remain aligned in key messages to market andseek out additional touch points, working closely with thebrand team to ensure distribution of messages across relevantchannels. Driverelationships with Business Sales teams to maintain a thoroughunderstanding of the business customer Segment strategy todeliver on commercial business objectives. Workclosely with DER team to drive marketing strategy activitiesfor growing ESM customer base. Managekey third-party delivery partners such as creative agencies andATL media, to drive alignment across marketing activity andpositive commercial outcomes. Whatyou'll bring: ATertiary qualification in Marketing orCommunications. 5+years' marketing experience, with exposure to strategicplanning, including ATL planning and integration. Adeptcommunication skills, with the ability to influence and engagesenior stakeholders. Robustrelationship management skills to deliver campaignstrategy.  Soundcommercial and financial acumen in delivering campaignstrategy.
