About The Role We are currently seeking a customer-focused, passionate full-time Campaign Manager / Customer Service Officer to join our CX and Data Client Delivery team based in Homebush NSW. You will be customer-facing managing a portfolio of accounts and building your own relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities Managing a range of different types of communications from essential mail, direct mail to multi-channel delivery. Executing one-to-one communication projects and campaigns, whilst providing exceptional customer service to our clients that exceeds their expectations.

Key Requirements and Personality Traits Experience in the CX and Data communications space including essential mail and direct mail, digital communications and marketing automation. A strong understanding of traditional and digital multi-channel communications. An unrelenting focus on the customer – you will represent the customer in our business. The ability to develop value-adding and productive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders/departments. The capability to develop and manage project and campaign timelines. The power to work autonomously but collaboratively in a team environment with minimal direction. The traits of a true communicator with a desire to keep the customer informed. Excellent time management and organisation skills. A team player with a great work ethic and desire to succeed. Complement our company values – genuine, driven, specialised and collaborative. Strong attention to detail. A demonstrated history of working with print, data, mail house or digital communication services would be an advantage.
