Our Federal Government client is launching a new greenfields ERP program and is looking to hire multiple team members, including an ERP experienced SAP Technical Architect. Responsibilities: Define and document the SAP technical architecture for the S/4 HANA migration project. Collaborate closely with the solution architect to understand the overall solution design and business requirements, translating these into detailed technical designs that align with the program's objectives. Ensure the architecture supports scalability, performance, and security requirements. Assess various hosting platforms (including AWS, Azure, and SAP RISE) for technical, security, and value for money aspects to ensure optimal SAP solution integration. Define current, transitional, and future state technical architecture for the S/4 HANA migration program, considering both SAP and non-SAP systems. Explore Information Lifecycle Management solutions for legacy data. Work with architectural teams, solution architects, and data architects to ensure cohesive and comprehensive architecture design. Produce SAP Technical Architecture Documentation outlining the technical architecture for the S/4 HANA project, including system design, integration points, and technical specifications. Job Requirements: Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA architecture and implementation. Excellent understanding of SAP integration and migration strategies. Proven experience in technical documentation and architecture design. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to understand new technologies and communicate their concepts in business terms to business stakeholders, and in technical terms to technology stakeholders. Coordination of strategic aspects of technology delivery and the ability to translate complex business drivers into tactical and strategic options. Experience in developing technical designs, patterns, roadmaps, conceptual architecture, and other diagrams as required. Job Location: Must be onsite in Canberra. No remote options are available.
