Job Overview Perform day-to-day SAP BASIS duties related to system administration across the SAP Landscape, including system monitoring and transport management. Collaborate closely with the Department's infrastructure provider on IT change processes. Provide ongoing support to the SAP functional teams. Demonstrate SAP BTP experience, including CALM and Cloud Integration Suite. Manage, monitor, support, and troubleshoot integrations between SAP and various systems, including Concur, eRecruit, and payment portals. Assist with Release and Change Management duties, ensuring compliance with Departmental policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to SAP BASIS best practices and provide technical input to SAP Projects. Document solutions, processes, and procedures and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team. Job Requirements Experience with installing and maintaining SAP ECC, Gateway, BW, BOBJ, S/4 HANA, and Solution Manager. Demonstrated experience in a Technical Lead role for large SAP projects, including Enhancement Package Upgrades. Proven ability to handle all project aspects, including technical planning, creating project and deployment plans, deployment, and support. Project experience in an S/4 HANA Migration and associated preparation activities is highly desirable. Experience in integrating SAP applications with third-party systems, databases, and services using RESTful APIs, OData services, or other integration methods. Proficiency with integration technologies and methodologies. Experience across SAP Change and Transport Management processes, utilizing STMS, SAP Solution Manager, and CALM CTM required. Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and their integration with SAP environments is highly beneficial, and a solid understanding of managing hybrid integration solutions (Cloud/On-Premises) is beneficial.
