About the role Our Federal Government client is seeking multiple Data Matching Officers at the APS 4 level to join their Code of Conduct team.
The role of this team is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of persons accessing health services.
The focus is on workers' behaviour and whether it aligns with the Code of Conduct and the required behaviours of workers.
The team analyses and interrogates information from a range of sources and is responsible for identifying and responding to patterns of risk and conduct that may be inconsistent with the Code.
Duties Review a daily report of incidents where a subject of allegation has been identified in a complaint or a serious incident notification reported to the Commission.
Determine whether there are any other incidents involving the worker through analysis of information within the database.
Analyse any identified matches to determine whether it is a true match based on qualifying information.
Create a case in the database for review and action by more senior members of the team.
There are multiple office locations available including: NSW – Surry Hills QLD – Brisbane SA – Adelaide TAS – Hobart VIC – Melbourne Work from home will be permitted up to 2 days per week following successful completion of a probationary period and at the discretion of the line manager, and in line with the entity's relevant policies.
